Never Enough Paracord
We’ve all seen them, heard of them, and probably made them…paracord bracelets. They weren’t much to write home about until recently when I ran across a company called RE Factor Tactical. They make a lot of awesome items for paracord and many other cool survival items in general. You can have a lot melded into this bracelet and only gain the bulk of the bracelet itself.
Handcuff Key Buckle – It’s a cuff key hidden in the buckle itself. Out of all the hidden cuff keys I’ve seen this seems more practical and harder to lose. This is NOT for those being LAWFULLY detained. This is just in case you are UN-lawfully detained by criminals, terrorists, etc.
Flint Fire Starter – This is an awesome way to have fire-steel on you. This is great for redundancy in case you get separated from your pack on a hike.
P51 Can Opener – I love this thing. It opens cans, cleans fingernails, and just so happens to be an easy source of small measurement. I’m sure more creative minds can think of plenty other uses for it too.
There are many other things these guys provide, but I wanted to point out a few of them for you. This is for you guys that live by the motto “two is one and one is none.”
Next week, we’re going to revisit knife making. I was told about a new source of good steal I want try out…bed frames. I’ll also go over working with Kydex for sheaths and things in another post. “Like” me on Facebook and/or click “Follow” on my blog to get notified about posts via email. Until then!
Be safe. Use Wisdom. God bless.
